Problem: |
Trouble accessing links in Student (html) content
|
Issue: |
You may find that the main content of the Student units opens in a pop-up window. Links opened from the pop-up may open in the original browser window, which is behind the pop-up.
Alternatively, you may find that newly opened content appears in a new tab and that the focus switches to this tab. |
Solution: |

| Check tabs on the taskbar at the bottom of the browser and all open windows. The content should have opened successfully. |

Problem: |
File names are too long to find content easily
|
Issue: |
You may find that not all of the file name is shown in the menu, making it difficult to select the file you require. |
Solution: |

If you are in the ‘My Folder’ or ‘Resource Folder’ and are currently seeing icons or thumbnails, try changing the view to ‘List’ or ‘Descriptive List’.
If you are currently viewing Teacher or Student content, click and drag the bar to the right of the left-hand menu panel in order to increase the width of the menu panel. |
